Vest Professional Placement interview questions

I found them through FB, applied on the holiday, they responded with a message that they would process my resume in two days. I got sent the office location and confirmed the appointment the next day. I went to the office to interview, when I arrived they said they didn't have my resume. I forward them again. They take a few minutes for the hiring panel to try to ask if I would take a pay cut from the original advert offer, $18. Then after another ten minutes of the interview where I explained my experience, they told me they could only offer me $12 & I lacked their experience but would put the resume in their talent pool & call back. I thanked then for the opportunity to talk to them & messaged them a mail a few minutes to follow up on thanks I was sent another "can you schedule an interview" To make it clear, they automatic their whole hiring campaigns, try to offer you lower wages to potential candidates, & send multiple adverts for positions, whilst not following up with human communications in their human resources.
