Interview was done over google hangout. Most likely through a foreign entity. The questions where pre filled and they are not reading your responses. I emailed the company in India. Never heard back. Someone is using this legitimate company in India to run scams in the us. Claiming to hire you right during the interview. It is a check fraud scam
