-Request application and leave to fill-out, attach resume and make sure all references are completed
-When turning application in, ask to introduce yourself to the manager on duty, don't turn an application in between peak hours of noon-4 p.m., the earlier in the day the better, no weekends
-VS hires on a rolling basis or right before semi-annual sales in June and December
-Call within a week to check on application status if you haven't been contacted already
-In-person interview with a manager, sometimes group interviews during semi-annual season
-Training and hiring process includes on-boarding videos, workbooks and role-playing customer question and answer
