Interview
To be a campus rep for victoria's secret you have to be super involved on campus or sell that you are. They need to know you can reach a large and variety of girls on campus. I had to submit my application online including picture, then a rep visited for a one on one interview, and then I had 2 more phone interviews. Having event planning experience, being connected on campus, in a sorority ans loving pink are important to qualify!
The interview process took around four months due to different steps of the application process. The first was the application, then the project, and finally interviews. Each task was fairly easy to do.
I had a virtual interview with a rep that was already integrated into the program and they asked the basic questions like what you love about the company, strengths, why you want to join the program, etc.

You interviewed with a previous campus representative and got to talk about ideas you had for campus initiatives, your previous experience, how you align to PINK’s mission, and girl power!
