I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2016
Interview
I had 2 interviews in one day. The first woman that interviewed me basically got to know me, we talked about experience in sales, and I pretty much didn't get to talk after that. She provided me with how their sales and team works. The next lady that interviewed me worked in merchandise, so she got to know me then went into detail about how the merchandise crew works. Again, I barely got to talk.
They were very friendly. They seemed like they were rushing the interview, or maybe just didn't make it a huge priority.
It was a group interview with about 25 people in the room. If you had an answer to any questions you had to raise your hand to answer while managers watched. Then they had individual interviews if you did well in the group interviews.
Interview was a three step process, first phone call, group interview, and then one on one. Pretty easy. Very nice team. The main focus is how good of a personality you have.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
One of the questions was how I could measure a customer, find their correct size and build their basket.
Online application and one in person interview at the store. Overall very friendly. Worked there for the seasonal position and got placed to be there permanently after the holidays. No retail experience required just want availability.
