It was a brief meeting with the President of Victory Churches International, who is also on the board of Victory Outreach Ministries. It was planned and scheduled but was a rather informal interview by any means. We talked for a couple of minutes where he asked questions about many things about academics and other topics. The job offer was offered before I left his office.
