It was really good they are super nice people and I really appreciated their kindness and expertise in their field. I think it is a great company with great people who are super nice and kind and polite. I would go back any time to see them again
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Vigilant Compliance in Apr 2020
Interview
Everyone I spoke with at was extremely courteous and professional. The interview process consisted of three interviews, a screening interview and two subsequent interviews. I wish nothing but the best for Vigilant Compliance, LLC.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Vigilant Compliance (Chadds Ford, PA) in Feb 2020
Interview
After applying to the position, I was sent an initial e-mail which stated that I was one of few individuals from over 45 applicants (confirmed by the LinkedIn job posting) selected to proceed with the interview process.
After my response, and a few days, I was sent another e-mail requesting that I record a 3-minute video of myself answering three questions. I thought this odd, considering that I had been previously told I was "one of few" selected to proceed to an interview. This 3-minute video request seemed more in-line with the type of process designed to trim down a large volume of applicants.
I recorded the video, regardless, and sent it back requesting that its receipt be confirmed. I received no response to this e-mail, so I sent a second e-mail shortly thereafter as a follow up. Again, I received no response.
I finally attempted to contact someone at Vigilant through their website. It has been 3 weeks and I have yet to receive any response.
I am willing to give most employers the benefit of the doubt, but it does appear that I have simply been ignored and was also likely misled in my initial interaction with the hiring manager.
My conclusion: Unprofessional and unresponsive hiring team. I had a fairly negative experience going through the interview process as an online applicant.
