When you first have an invite to the interview, you will receive a PDF that will make it seem like they are kind and care about your experience during the interview. In reality, I had arrived on-premises and informed them that I had arrived. They left me waiting in the stairs for at least 15 minutes, then sat me at the bar area for at least another 15 minutes, which I found totally unfriendly and unprofessional. In the interview, I found that the interviewer were unexperienced and did not have any knowledge on what goes on in the world, very robotic and a lack of personality. As a service, I would say that Vintage Cash Cow is a rip-off service. They get people to send in items making them think they are going to get a good value for their items, they undervalue the items, and then pressurise customers to accept their offer. As a service I find it unethical and I am glad that I ended not working their. I noticed the working environment as not friendly and pressurised. As a company I wonder how they profit as they are stacking up items in warehouses across Leeds. Overall a terrible experience.
