Interview
The interview process at Vinted Go consisted of two stages one with HR and another with the manager. The first interview with HR was theoretically more challenging, as they asked detailed questions about experience and motivation. Both interviews were professional and informative. They clearly explained the salary, which was fixed from the start, and went through all the benefits, which were numerous and attractive. Overall, it was a well-structured process that made a positive impression.
I had multiple different calls, could be done in 1 call. First interview with HW was about nothing, no intro, straight to the point about the position itself, it lasted less than 20 minutes.
