The Most Speedy Interview Process Yet!
-Applied and completed assessment 03/08
-Video Interview 03/13
-Phone Interview 03/28: 20 mins long, asked if you have tattoos, piercings, and if you agree with other flight attendant related restrictions. If yes to all, your invited to F2F interviews
-F2F Interview 4/12: They do NOT fly you out for interview. There is a panel of 5 recruiters that observe and 2 whom give presentations. There are 2 senior FA's there just to answer questions and ease nerves. It is 5 hours long and consists of ice breakers, group exercises, role play, and an orientation-like presentation about life of a VX Flight Attendant & Reserve Life. They also let you know the pay scale as well as all upcoming training dates.You end with your 1-0-1 interview in a randomly selected order with 1 of the recruiters. After your 1-01 you are released for the day.
-Offer Letter 4/13: The next day they send emails letting you know if you were chosen to move forward or not. They send you the "Conditional Job Offer" letter, upon successful completion of the Background Check.
-Background Check/Work Verification Link 4/17: They do a 5 year work verification that takes a lot of time to complete as well as have verified by your employers. They stress how important it is you have EXACT begin/end dates for each employer!!
-Drug Screen Prompt: You are given drug screen paperwork at the F2F interview. They send you an email letting you know when to go to your choice of location (Quest Diagnostics) to do drug screen.
