The interview process was disappointing and unprofessional. The company low-balls candidates and drags out an unnecessarily long interview process filled with irrelevant and ambiguous questions. Interviewers offered outright criticism rather than constructive dialogue, and there was no proper introduction — you’re often left wondering who you’re even speaking to. It felt as though the interview was being used to gather insights from experienced professionals to expand an already bloated job description. Overall, the process lacked purpose, direction, and basic courtesy. If this is reflective of the company culture, proceed with caution.
