They call to schedule an interview. Once scheduled they ask for you to take your ID and social security card to the interview. I filled out a paper application in a room. The interviewer came in and read questions from the paper with the references.
Afterwards she told me about orientation and that she would give me a call after she checks my references.
The interview was pretty easy and relaxed. Great company and people. I applied online and they reached out almost immediately. They are now under new owners so it may be different.

I walked in with a resume and asked if they were hiring. They ended up interviewing me on the spot, which was pretty great. The interviewer was friendly and got me started immediately.
