The interview process at Vistage was excellent from start to finish. The team was welcoming and thoughtful at every stage, the conversations felt genuine and engaging, not transactional. The take-home build assessment was challenging but fair, and the panel and final-round interviews gave me real space to ask questions and learn about the company, the team, and the role. Everyone I spoke with was clear about expectations, generous with their time, and communicated quickly throughout. I came away with a strong sense of who I'd be working with and what the work would look like day-to-day. Overall, one of the most respectful and well-run interview processes I've been through.
