Interview questions [1]
Question 1
One of the main questions they asked me was to explain one of my projects in detail — specifically how I designed the system and handled data flow between frontend and backend. They wanted to know how I structured the APIs, managed database connections, and ensured scalability. They were checking if I could think through end-to-end design and not just code individual parts.
Three-stage interview process
Round 1 – Telephonic Interview:
This was a preliminary technical screening conducted over the phone. The focus was on basic technical concepts to assess foundational knowledge and suitability for the role.
Round 2 – Technical Deep Dive (via Microsoft Teams):
A more in-depth technical interview conducted virtually. This round involved detailed questions related to specific technologies, problem-solving, and hands-on scenarios relevant to the role.
Round 3 – HR Interview:
The final round focused on cultural fit, career aspirations, salary expectations, and availability. This was also an opportunity to discuss the company’s values and expectations.
