Additionally, when resetting the password, the instructions are unclear. The password they provide is difficult to understand due to errors and poor guidance. I’m not sure what the correct password actually is. For example, the system shows something like “1234abc.” (with a period, but I don’t know if the correct password is “1234abc” without the period or exactly as shown. When I type “1234abc,” it says it’s incorrect, which is very confusing.
