shortlisting was difficult, based on resume and innovative projects. final year projects and works were considered, patents were welcomed. the shortlisting was the most hardest step to clear, after that the interview is easy.
It take webinar of the process to be scheduled then after that take written test conduct group discussion followed by interview. it generally takes and involve 2 to 3 days process there are hr and technical recruiter
