I ahve applied for the job via internet web site. They called me that they are interested. We arranged a 1:1 meeting in company office. I talked to three people: HR, manager and team leader. Interview was nice. They checed my technical background as well as soft skills. After three days they called me and told me that I got the job. I started the job one month later.
