I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Vons (Las Vegas, NV) in Feb 2010
Interview
Got an interview when my friend who worked there at the time recommended me. I was interviewed at the front of the store for about 5 minutes, all very simple questions. I was told to work tomorrow. The drug test took place in store, they used a cotton ball to check my saliva instead of a urinal test.

It was pretty easy and felt just like a normal conversation with the manager. I just sat down and had a 20 minute conversation about availability and previous job experiences.
