I applied online for their cake decorator position and the next day went into the store to drop off my resume and pictures of my work. Manager said they were hiring within first, but if something came up they'd give me a call. She was very nice. 2 weeks later, I get a call for an interview. Go in and was asked to wait, for about 15-20 minutes. Finally manager comes in, apologizes for the wait, and takes me to the back for the interview. She was very nice, said that she had been talking with the bakery because they needed help and she thought of me because of my kindness and "pretty pictures". Kind of seemed like she already knew she was going to hire me. And the end of the interview, she smiled and asked if I wanted a job, then proceeded to do a drug test and a background test.

Visited the location after submitting an online application in order to verify completion, and was immediately pulled into an interview. The process was brief and simple, totaling roughly about 15 minutes. The interviewer was engaging, personable, and willing to elaborate on description of job duties. Questions covered by the interview were in regard mainly to schedule availability, prior job experience, and personal work ethic. Although the process was notably quite easy, I was not offered a position. However, this is of my own fault rather than that of the company. The store location in particular was searching for applicants with open availability, which I did not possess due to summertime attendance at a local college.
