Had a Zoom call with a recruiter who asked me the wrong set of questions. Redid the call with the correct ones. Never got my own questions answered, was sent answers to a set that I never asked.

The interview process was pretty informal. It was conducted by a third party, who did not know much about the organization. This made sense because according to the interviewer, the organization was recently expanding , so they outsourced the initial round of interviews
