I applied online. I interviewed at WBG Systems (Chennai) in Jan 2021

Its a False company, i dont know why so much security in one small room . I did not like it at all. for one round of interview waited for 5 hours . Went there by 3 pm and came out at 9 pm. I dont think its a legit company . The owner kept checking the CCTV who is coming and going . I dont know why he is so scared .

Normal question . He said before the joining please work for 10-15 days as trial so he can assess me . which i felt highly unethical.

I have n't came across such a long process even in other companies. total 13 hrs i were in office for just a for sake aptitude test and ppt preparation don't know why they are keeping those rounds for experienced hires.Keeping the candidates idle for more than 6 hours. I have entered around 11:00 am and came out at 9::00 pm. Instead keep a telephonic/skype interview don't waste the candidates time
