WJB BEARINGS interview questions

Phone interview, then one in-person interview. Offer was extended but rescinded in two days before the allotted acceptance period of a week. The manager was aware of a competing offer, but decided that I “did not really want the position” because I did not provided a written “thank you” in addition to thanking him over the phone for the offer. I was also put off by his discussion of covid-19 conspiracy theories during the in-person interview. Would not recommend working here based off of my interview experience.
