Submitted my resume through an internal reference. Was invited to interview the following day and was offered a position the following week. Great turnaround and the interviewers were very friendly. Much less bravado and more conversational than the other big agencies.

Was referred by a college professor who had a connect there. Interview was scheduled two weeks in advance. Interview wasn't easy - there was no response given to a single answer I gave, and would cut me off if the answer I gave was unsatisfactory. Kind of gives you an idea of the culture of the company - if you do the right thing, expect no praise, if you do the wrong thing, expect to be bulldozed.d
