Interview wasn't easy - there was no response given to a single answer I gave, and would cut me off if the answer I gave was unsatisfactory. Kind of gives you an idea of the culture of the company - if you do the right thing, expect no praise, if you do the wrong thing, expect to be bulldozed.d

Submitted my resume through an internal reference. Was invited to interview the following day and was offered a position the following week. Great turnaround and the interviewers were very friendly. Much less bravado and more conversational than the other big agencies.
