There are 3 rounds at WNS. First is HR round in which they ask about yourself.Then Aptitude test & grammar test. After that operations round in which they asked about your experience &work.

Telephonic/writing test 4-5 round. But final round writing test is very difficult to crack. Telephonic HR round is the 1st round which is very good and interactive. written test is medium difficult.

Inyeerviw process is gud and i annswerd all questions .interviwer is also gud.detailed knoweldge about the accounting process,detail knowledge about accounts payable,accounting ledgers and financial details.comapnt description and all other details.

Question 1
In HR round, they'll ask you about yourself, education, total experience, etc. They'll explain you the requirement of position. In Technical round, manager will ask domain related questions (both theory and practical - on the basis of some case studies or current affairs). Again it's depends on the domain for which you have applied. I have applied for Finance, so he asked me about the 3 golden rules of accountancy. Some concepts like prepaid, Depreciation, O/s liabilities and its effects in books, JV for accumulated depreciation, accruals, rent due but not received, BRS, etc. Also he asked me to explain my job role in the previous organizations and how it's gonna suitable for the opening for which i am interviewing.
