they called me up for a 1 on 1 interview, comprising of 3 sessions of interviews, voice and accent analysis and then the salary expectation. the whole process was too long drawn and almost took 7 hours. and the applicants werent well attended to, the whole management seemed haywire and confused.

A normal interview with Phone call and group discussion to check regarding the voice is ok for voice calls, conversation technique and skills, maturity in group discussions etc.
