There are two technical rounds of interview . Both are virtual . In the first interview round the interviewer ask all .net questions and took around 45 minutes. After that they ask for documents on their portal . after uploading status on their site showing decision pending. after two weeks I received 2nd technical round mail. in the 2nd round she asks only one question about asp.net what is difference between asp.net and .net core. after that she asks about tools for code reviewing and tools for testing you have used . How do you give duration when a module is assigned to you. what is agile methodology. No asp.net related questions asked . As i have not worked on any tools for testing or code reviewing or tools for unit test cases . I got rejected in the interview . I don't know these testing tools and unit test cases tools are so important than development concepts for a .net lead developer interivew Why waste candidate time for two weeks when you looking for a tester in .net developer profile.
