I applied online. I interviewed at WSA (Singapore) in Oct 2019
Interview
I went for the first interview round and thought it was okay. The interview went like this:
- ask about SOLID principles
- ask about OOP
- draw an architecture diagram for one of your past projects
- solve a relatively simple programming question
The programming question was "How do you check if a string is a palindrome?". The interviewer even gave me some feedback after the interview, and told me to brush up on my knowledge of SOLID principles. She said she would let me to the next round, but I got ghosted for the next one month. Then, one morning, I got a call and an invitation to the next round of the interview. I decided not to continue from there.
Had an initial call with recruiter. Asked some background and introduced the role. The expected package is out of their budget. Didn’t move forward for this. It took around 15-20 min
The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at WSA (Lynge, Capital Region) in Mar 2023
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter, followed by a quick online interview where we talked for 30 minutes about the position and my experiences. The next interview was 1,5 hours long technical interview, where questions about anything from general software development principles to .NET development were asked.
