Wabtec Customer Service Representative/Tech Support interview questions

Although the interview process was pleasant, and they were willing to pay me a higher salary than most, I later found the reason for this was because the CSR department was in deep trouble and in over their heads. Basically, I was lied to in order to feel at ease to accept their offer.
