I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Waddell & Reed (San Mateo, CA) in Jun 2011
Interview
The interview process is easy to say the least. I come right out of college with a degree in Economics. Financial Advising is a tough job to be successful in and it favors those with a lot of work experience. I had no work experience coming out of college but Waddell and Reed were still willing to hire me.
