      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Waffle House (Greensboro, NC) in Aug 2016

      Interview

Met with a bunch of guys around a table at one of the restaurants and chatted it up. The regional SVP, VP and division managers were there as well as the APD. They were cool. Asked a bunch of questions to gauge my commitment to customer service and the restaurant industry.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Waffle House (New York, NY)

      Interview

Honestly, the interview was unprofessional and the whole recruiting process is based off of a lie that you'll make X amount of dollars per hour, but really you won't make that until you're at the top of the chain. During the interview, the interviewer said neither he or his boss had been to a Waffle House until they needed to care. So overall, I wouldn't bother interviewing or working here.

Do you see yourself married or having kids in five years?

      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Waffle House

      Interview

Applied Online in person interview with district manager conversational interview nothing too difficult. Decided not to move forward after finding out that the actual position was nothing like it described on the job listing. They were looking for more of a recruiter than a person in hr and the salary was based mostly on commission.
