Interview
I came in as a referral so I skipped straight to a super day. I had the pleasure of interviewing with most of the desk I was to intern with. They went through a lot of general fit questions. They went on to make it very clear that fit was most important over all else - gpa, prior experience, school name etc. There were a few technical questions but nothing too strenuous.

Question 1
Has employment in the banking industry grown or shrunk since 2008 and where might this figure go in the future
I came in as a referral and was called in for an interview. I met most of the desk over a 3 hour session discussing many topics. A lot of the interview is them getting a feel for who you are and visa versa. They ask questions based on the experiences on your resume mostly accompanied by the occasional technical question. They're hiring you for fit first and technical achievement second.
