The interview process was very laid back and friendly. The cafe is very nice and the vibe was very relaxing which helped a lot. The person who interviewed me really looked at my customer-facing experience as it applied to the role I was applying for. He was understanding of my schedule and very welcoming. All in all, a nice experience.
