It was too easy. Lucky me, I got recruited. I got an email through LinkedIn from a recruiter explaining that there was an open position I could potentially be a great fit for. I called the recruiter and we had a quick phone interview. It pay have lasted about 30 minutes or so. I think I asked more questions than she did! I then got scheduled for an in-person interview. It was myself, future potential Manager, plus the recruiter. It went extremely well in that I felt confident and the Manager seemed very pleased from the get-go. He didn't ask very difficult questions, it almost seemed like he was gauging my personality more than anything. The next day, I was invited to go in for a second interview. This time around it was just myself and the Senior Manager. It was once again, pretty easy! It was more of a conversation than an interview. It flowed really well, and I once again felt confident he was happy with me. He was smiling from ear to ear the entire time, and trust me, I have been on the other side where the person interviewing you can't even show one single expression. The next day, the recruiter called to ask if I was still interested in the position and asked how my interview went. The very next day, the recruiter called to offer the position! I was thrilled!
