Interview
Was a group interview of 4, asked around 15 typical interview questions and then was tasked to go onto the stage (shop floor) after given a scenario to find presents with a budget. Thought the interview went really well, but got an email 3 minutes after saying I didn't get it. Didn't even pretend to consider me.

Easy! Everyone was so friendly. Applied online and was called for an in person interview within the week. Appreciated that it felt like they weren’t wasting my time by dragging on the provess

Interview
This was a group interview for the store in London. We were put into small groups, I was lucky that everyone in the group was very friendly. So we were able to bounce off each other. It wasn't an overly competitive environment.

There were Disney items behind us, we had to pick one and try to sell it.
Name a time where you worked with large crowds.
Who is your favourite Disney character?
Name a time where you worked with income targets.
I had a phone screen now I’m going into the Disney store for interview not sure if it’s going to be a group or 1 to 1 but I’m pleased to have passed the screen
