First you apply online and select with how much interest each role you'd prefer. Ranging from really interested to not interested at all for various positions such as custodial, food and beverage, attractions etc. After that a phone interview is conducted and they as you various standard questions about how you would deal with guests. Lastly if you are offered the job you're given your role and you can either choose to accept it or not.

Honestly, fairly easy. Just have to be friendly and smiley. If you think it’s too much, it’s probably perfect.
Every recruiter is a little different though in that some of them will pass you without asking you basic questions, others will have you go through all of the usuals.
