It was quite nice and easy. Those people are pretty chill and talented. They asked several behavioral questions. Not much technical questions asked. Did not mention payment or bonus. Did not mention much about the specific project they wanted me to work on.

Interview
Overall the interview process is quite simple. A phone interview with a supervisor who is interested in my research. Some technical questions about my research experience were asked. I was also asked to share some ideas to their projects.
It was a phone interview and last about 45 minutes. Research experience was asked to see if your background matches with them. I mush say that's quite a nice experience!
