I applied online by the deadline, and about a week later I got an email to schedule a phone interview...I called the 1-800 number to schedule my interview for the next day. I interviewed on the phone with an HR lady, who didn't know anything about the deadlines or the position. She asked me basic questions, like why I wanted this particular position, some examples of projects I've done, what computer programs I was familiar with that could contribute. She told me I would find out in 2 weeks and I never heard from them again.
