Ware2Go interview questions

Contacted almost immediately. Interview with the Managing Director scheduled and took place within 4 days of initial application. I had all qualifications indicated on the job description and when researching reps in the role on LinkedIn, I had just as much and mostly more experience that was an exact fit for the role I was interviewing for. The interview was in-depth. The interviewer did turn off his camera almost immediately which felt odd and almost disrespectful. He asked many questions and was very thorough. He went over our 30 allotted time to 50 minutes. At the end he shared how impressed he was with my experience and qualifications and if I was not selected he was certain I would land somewhere great. This comment while appreciated was also at the same time discouraging. Was told I would have a decision on if they would move forward with me by the end of the following week.I send a thank you note with no response. The next day a recruiter the second to be exact tried to pitch this exact role to me and even after sharing I was already in a review process she pushed to see if she could share my information to help me get the position which I found shady and declined. The very next morning at 8:01 am to be exact I received a rejection email. This was the second time with this company, a year prior I was in an active interview process only to be cancelled the day prior to a 6 person panel interview. This company may potentially have a biased against female employees over 40 (. 44 &45). It is owned by a traditional “good ole boys club” organization who with a little research can find numerous complaints brought by female employees. I sense a toxic culture not women friendly and am greatful I avoided this organization. I was used the second and most recent for a diversity requirement in their interview process and pumped for best practices information.
