First, I've answered the ad with the job offer in ZonaJobs.com. The HR office contacted me to set an interview. The interview lasted for about half an hour, with simple questions about my background experience in another jobs, and my knowledge about systems development. Then, I had 2 more interviews with the Systems Development Director, and with the Project Manager.
