I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Warner Bros. Discovery (Bengaluru)
Interview
I voluntarily withdrew my candidacy in the middle of the interview process. During my rounds, the interviewer was openly dismissive and rude. I expected a higher standard from leadership, but the hiring manager unfortunately exhibited the same condescending behavior.
An interview is a two-way street; while a company evaluates a candidate's skills, candidates are also evaluating the company's culture. The lack of respect I experienced gave me a very clear glimpse into what the day-to-day working environment would be like. I simply could not see myself working alongside people who treat prospective team members this way, so I chose to walk away.
