Interview
Application via LinkedIn or the website, followed up by a phone interview with a HR representative. Later an invitation to the assessment centre at WBD headquarters in Warsaw. The assessment centre took about 4h - food and drinks were provided. Teamwork and problem solving were tested, followed up by rounds of individual interviews.
