Watchmaker Genomics interview questions

I interviewed for a Marketing Director role in October of 2025. The role was advertised as remote with travel to HQ on an as needed basis for meetings. During the first interview it was disclosed that this would be a hybrid role with 3 days in office. Ok, not a problem. Upon the follow up interview with HR it was further disclosed that they were looking for someone to be in office 4-5 days a week, which was a red flag due to the misleading nature of the way the role was advertised. HR also asked intrusive questions about compensation and benefits at previous roles, which was a red flag.
