The interview process was unnecessarily long and tedious. It involved multiple stages that seemed redundant, often dragging on for weeks without clear communication. Unfortunately, the HR department lacked professionalism in managing this process—responses were slow, and at times, there was little transparency about next steps or timelines. This made the hiring process frustrating and unnecessarily stressful.
