Waterford Academy interview questions

The interview process was an initial call on speakerphone and the actual interview was meeting with the owner for five minutes and spending about 15 minutes with upper management. They sent me home with paperwork and no further direction as to when I should come back or when I would start. This should have been my first red flag.
