Interview
I was invited to apply based on a previous application. They assured me that I would be considered despite the mismatch between my background in data analysis and the role as software engineer but in the end they decided to go with someone with more front-end JavaScript experience. There was significant time between contact and I was given little information about the process. The online assessment was not difficult but contained many open ended questions and the time limit was absurdly short at first, then they revised it and I had to retake the whole assessment again. There was no contact for close to a week until another person finally contacted me for another phone interview which was very opaque and unstructured.
