We Create NY interview questions

Very strange, did not understand why I was on the call with four other people. They made it seem I had to work right away and then proceeded to mention that we had to work to see how we fit in the company, but no mention of compensation.

After applying on Linkedin, I recieved an email from a hiring manager asking me to confirm that I am available for an interview the next day in the morning. I had to decline because this timing was too soon and too sudden. I explained that I was available in a few days. With much surprise the interview was with a group of other people who appeared to all be applying for different jobs. They asked a total of two questions and the interview lasted for 15 minutes. The hiring manager then emailed me to inform me that the next stage was a shadowing day at their office in a wework. I was told not to come early.
