A long interview intense but well planned. Had to write answers to pre wrote questions then they went over them with me. It was over all hour and a half process

Two/three stage interview process, following an online application, phone interview then 1:1 & panel interviews. Despite this still had to fill in an offline application form, felt very unstructured and an adhoc process.
