Interview Experience: 1st: 30-min Teams call with line manager – straightforward technical questions, felt fine. 2nd: On-site – quick chat + lab tour. Lab space is acceptable, busy production line–compliance issue Run away–illegal contract They can deduct your pay for “negligence” or any customer lawsuit (100% illegal in NI). Can take back holiday pay from last year. Refused to remove the dodgy clauses.
