I applied online. I interviewed at Wealth Dynamix (London, England) in Dec 2025
Interview
Utter waste of time. They sent me about 16 questions and asked to reply in small paragraphs, which i did. Had an HR call before xmas 2025. They ghosted on me since then. Why bother with written response to waste candidates time when you are too busy be even make a call and tell the candidate they didnt make it. AVOID
I applied online. I interviewed at Wealth Dynamix in Oct 2025
Interview
Pointless.
Screening call was okay, all very basic. The Talent Acquisition person agreed to put me forward to meet the hiring manager.
He requested my availability and then asked me to complete 17 detailed questions that took a few hours to construct answers to.
I did this and submitted my replies.
Silence.
Chased after a few days and the role was filled.
I have zero concern not getting an interview, but please don't waste people's time by asking them to jump through hoops when you must have known a candidate was close to accepting.
